Comments on: Magento Royal Mail Shipping Options Extension

Hello,
I installed the Royalmail extension to my site. But it shows me

“Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time.”
I am providing following shipping address for testing on my localhost

Los Angeles, California, 90062
United States
T: 4454700

I would like to know why I get “No Quotes” message. May you also tell me what if Royalmail shipment rates change, how is this extension going to keep updated.
